Everyone makes mistakes, even (and sometimes especially) celebrities. They are far from perfect and when they mess up we love to hear about it and see it. Keep in mind that just because they were arrested and their mugshots were taken, doesn’t always mean they are guilty of the crime and found so in the court of all. 1. Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan posed for the above Santa Monica Police Department mug shot in March 2013 after the actress pleaded no contest to charges of reckless driving and lying to police. As part of her deal, Lohan, 26, was ordered to spend 90 days in a rehab facility, do 30 days of community service, and undergo 18 months of psychological counseling.
